Boiled Cider Cookie Bars
Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Mix well and pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400º for 10 min. Remove.
Filling:
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 T. flour
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. Boiled Cider
Mix and gently pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes more at 350º
